R&R is offered once a month on the second Sunday of the month as a free community program for all ages. Rhythm & Resilience–In the Moment–through Drums and Breath. Developing skills for coping with stress and improving your quality of life through hand drumming, breathing and stretching with Robert Jospé, Tussi Kluge and others.
